Are you looking for a beautiful setting for a small and rustic wedding? Say your vows in the field and host a cocktail party or sit down reception in our outdoor event space for up to 30 people. The farm features beautiful locations for a  ceremony in the fields, two "barn sheds" for service and covered seating, a pergola with outdoor seating area for a lot of mingling, and many options to customize the space to create your perfect event.

Package 1 - The Bale

• Couple + 12 guests
• Access to the site up to 1 hour in advance (not private). Event duration 2 hours. Daytime and evening bookings available.  
• Outdoor ceremony (choice of 2 locations) with decorated ceremony arch and guest seating
• Outdoor event space with tables and chairs
• Non-alcoholic sparkling cider toast + wedding cupcakes
• Multiple photo opportunities throughout the property

Package 2 - The Stack

• Up to 30 people
• Access to the site up to 2 hours in advance (not private). Event duration  4 hours. Daytime and evening bookings available.
• Outdoor ceremony (choice of 2 locations) with decorated ceremony arch and guest seating
• Access to the event space area and buildings for cocktail reception or sit down reception. String lighting, tables, and chairs provided.
• Access to our list of preferred vendors for entertainment, catering, tent rentals, décor, photographers.
• Fire pit lounge deck with 4 Muskoka chairs
• Glass house for getting ready
• Multiple photo opportunities

FiveHaystacks Farm  offers an open air event space that is perfect for your next event! Host an intimate party, corporate event, wellness event or fitness class with access to multiple outdoor seating areas, decks, fire pits, and gardens. In the past we have hosted food events, wellness days, bat walks, flower garden tours, yoga and fitness in the field. The farm features decks and other small structures that can serve various functions.
